2" 22-1/2 Degree PVC/DWV Street Elbow, Hub x Spigot, White, Used To Change Direction In Piping, Street Sixteenth Bend. PVC fittings are intended for drain, waste and vent purposes. They are used in gravity-fed waste elimination systems and are for non-pressure systems where temperatures will not exceed 140 deg. F. PVC is lightweight and easy to install.
Conforms to meet Standards: ASTM D 1784, ASTM D 2665, ASTM D 3311 and NSF 14
White fittings used in sanitary drain, waste, and vent (DWV), sewer and storm drainage applications
Not intended for pressure use
Maximum working temperature of 140 degrees Fahrenheit
Requires no special tools for cutting and to be installed with solvent cement
Conforms to meet Standards: ASTM D 1784, ASTM D 2466, NSF 14 and 61
White fittings that are used in potable water applications
PVC schedule 40 pipe and pressure fittings are used in irrigation, underground sprinkler systems, swimming pools, outdoor applications and cold water supply lines
Intended for pressure use
For use where systems will not exceed 140° F
Has better sound deadening qualities than PVC Schedule 40 DWV Foam Core and ABS Foam Core
Installation requires the use of primer and solvent cement.
Pipe & fittings are dark gray in color. Joined with solvent cement conforming to ASTM D2564. PVC Schedule 80 pressure fittings with straight, angular turns must be used. Do NOT use fittings with gradual sanitary turns for pressure systems. Application: Distribution of pressurized Liquids. Can be used in industrial applications. NOT for compressed air or gasses. Standards: ASTM D1785, ASTM D2467, NSF Standard 14, NSF Standard 61. Dimensional Standard: Schedule 80 Iron Pipe Size (IPS). Cell Class: 12454 (Type 1). Material Code: PVC 1120. Max. Working Temp: 140F. For special applications, threaded connections, unions and flanges, a temperature de-rating factor must be used to determine the pressure rating at temperatures hotter than 73F. Joining Method: Solvent Weld Joints - Solvent Cements must meet ASTM D2534. Primer should be IPS P-70 or Oatey Industrial Grade. May be flanged with Schedule 80 flanges. Threading PVC 80 pipe can be done. MIP and FIP adapters are available.
